 Test Your New Helmet
With the helmet on, how should it feel? Any severe discomfort means you should try another helmet. If you ordered an unwearable helmet after following the steps above, reach out to our customer service team. They’re fellow riders here to help with fitment & answer any questions you may have.

Pull the helmet snug onto your head and secure the D-ring. If the helmet fits as it should, you should feel the cushions against your cheeks. They’ll be pushed up a little, like “chipmunk cheeks.” Next, grab the chin bar and move it around. Your cheeks should move, not the helmet. If it’s sliding, go down at least a size. If the helmet’s a little on the tight side, keep in mind that most helmet liners break in 15 percent to 20 percent after the first 15 to 20 hours of riding.

Note On Helmet Maintenance:
Your helmet is the main piece of gear protecting you, so you should extend the same courtesy and protect your helmet! Specialized cleaners and padded bags help keep your helmet in top-performing condition. Get the grime off, keep your visor clear, & make sure your helmet doesn’t get damaged so it protects your head properly in an impact.
